Celimuge Wu received his PhD degree from The University of Electro-Communications, Japan in 2010, where he is currently an associate professor. His research interests include Vehicular networks, Edge computing, Internet-of-Things, Routing protocols, Application of machine leaning in wireless networking and computing. He is/has been a TPC Co-Chair of Wireless Days 2021,Wireless Days 2019, ICT-DM 2019, ICT-DM 2018, a track Co-Chair of many international conferences including IEEE VTC-Spring 2020, ICCCN 2019, IEEE PIMRC 2016, IEEE ISC2 2017, ISNCC 2017, and WICON 2016. He is serving as an associate editor of China Communications, IEEE Access, Wireless Networks, International Journal of Distributed Sensor Networks, MDPI Sensors, and IEICE Transactions on Communications. He is/has been a guest editor of IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems, IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics in Computational Intelligence, IEEE Computational Intelligence Magazine, ACM/Springer MONET, and so on. He is an expert member of IEICE Technical Committee on Communication Quality. He is the chair of IEEE TCBD special interest group on Big Data with Computational Intelligence and a senior member of IEEE.

Long Zhao

Bio:
Long Zhao is the head of the Digital Navigation Center, Beihang University. He is also a director of Beijing Association of Automation, a committee member of Technical Committee on Navigation, Guidance and Control of Chinese Association of Automation (CAA), a committee member of Technical Committee on Indoor Navigation and Positioning of GNSS and LBS Association of China (GLAC). He is also on the editorial board of Applied Technology and Ordnance Equipment Engineering. His research focuses on the navigation technology using multi-source information fusion, such as inertial navigation, satellite navigation, geophysical field navigation and visual navigation, indoor positioning, autonomous drone navigation and control, etc. He is the principle investigator or co-principle investigator of 2 National Science and Technology Major Project, 4 National Natural Fund Projects, 2 Beijing Natural Fund Projects, 6 Aviation Fund Projects, 1 Aerospace Innovation Fund, and more than 30 Horizontal Projects. He has published over 60 peer-reviewed papers indexed by SCI/EI, authorized 20 national invention patents, received 5 provincial and ministerial-level scientific and technological awards, and completed 1 scientific and technological achievement transformation.
Winston K.G. Seah

Bio:
Winston K.G. Seah received the Dr.Eng. degree from Kyoto University, Kyoto, Japan, in 1997. Prior to this, he has worked for more than 16 years in mission-oriented industrial research, taking ideas from theory to prototypes, most recently, as a Senior Scientist (Networking Protocols) in the Institute for Infocomm Research (I2R), Singapore. He is actively involved in research in the areas of mobile ad hoc and sensor networks, and co-developed one of the first Quality of Service (QoS) models for mobile ad hoc networks. His latest research is focused on networking protocols to address the needs of 5G networks, the Internet of Things and other machine-type communications (MTC) technologies, encompassing both long-range communications (LTE-A, Narrowband IoT) as well as, short range technologies (IEEE802.15.4, 6LoWPAN, RPL, etc.) He is a Senior Member of the IEEE and Professional Member of the ACM. Zheli Liu

Zheli Liu received the BSc and MSc degrees in computer science from Jilin University, China, in 2002 and 2005, respectively. He received the PhD degree in computer application from Jilin University, in 2009. After a postdoctoral fellowship in Nankai University, he joined the College of Computer and Control Engineering, Nankai University, in 2011. He is the Associate Professor of Nankai University now. His current research interests include applied cryptography and data privacy protection. He has published more than 50 papers in well-known journals or top conferences, including IEEE TDSC, IEEE TKDE, IEEE TOC, IEEE TSC, IEEE TII, IEEE TITS, IEEE TVT, IEEE INFOCOM, Elsevier INS, Elsevier KBS, Elsevier FGCS and so on. The Google Scholar citations have been over 1400 and four papers have been the Top 1% highly cited papers. He was the chairs of several international conferences, including SPNCE 2019, ICA3PP 2018, CSE2017, SPNCE2016, BWCCA2015, EIDWT2013, etc. He is the Associate editor of Springer Cybersecurity, and has served as guest editors for many well-known journals, including Springer MoNET, Elsevier JNCA, IEEE ACCESS, etc.
