Let the EAI Community help you build your career with collaborative research, objective evaluation, and fair recognition:
MobilWare 2024 will address the challenges and opportunities presented by the integration of diverse device types (such as sensors, small IoT devices, personal mobile phones, …), services, and heterogeneous networks in the context of wireless communication and ubiquitous computing. The conference will provide a venue to discuss opportunities and risks of recent technology advancements in wireless communication networks such as the 5G and beyond, WiFi6, etc. in a computing context that mixes (and is called to combine at best) the mist, far edge, telco edge, cloud and HPC computing paradigms.
The massive deployment of heterogeneous devices, the development of increasingly stringent IoT applications, the use of highly distributed computing infrastructures and recent advances in communication networks creates a complex environment that is difficult for professionals to manage with a multitude of challenges in each area, but with even more complex challenges when different areas mix. There is a need for new proposals, methodologies and tools guiding professionals.
This edition of EAI Mobilware is focused on proposals working on providing a seamless user experience while efficiently managing dynamic QoS also with real-time guarantees.
